The staff would be a highlight for me. From the receptionist to the both the chefs. They were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our room was also clean. As soon as we had an issue, they fixed it right away (except wifi but that was kinda out of their hands). For the price they offer the room, i def had a comfortable and satisfying stay.

Staff were so wonderful and accommodating - went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and help me plan my visit to Cairo! Big thank you to everyone who made my visit special - coming back at the end of the day sight seeing felt like coming home! I used the laundry service which was excellent and very well priced. Hotel breakfast was also delicious and restaurant staff talked me through different Egyptian foods and suggested things to try!

Very good place and the peoples there are very freindly and the resption girl her name ranya she is very good person and freindly and look good and smiley person all the time and the Restaurant is good and they give u the best Servers and do whatever u want so fester and we will be back again soon .

This is a very distinctive hotel, located right by the Nile River. With a cup of coffee in hand, the river flows gently, like time flowing backward. The aroma of the coffee fills the air, bringing warmth to the present moment. At this moment, I understand that the poetry of life often lies in these moments of sipping coffee by the water. The hustle and bustle fades away, and the heart finds tranquility in the blend of nature and daily life. The service was excellent. The breakfast attendant prepared the breakfast for us in advance. The local specialties in the breakfast were very abundant and delicious. The room was cleaned very neatly. The hotel service was responsive very quickly.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Nile Guardian Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. When they found out I was getting married in Egypt, they kindly upgraded my room to a suite at no extra charge — a thoughtful gesture that I deeply appreciated. The facilities were excellent, and the overall service was exceptional. Every member of the team was warm, professional, and incredibly supportive throughout my stay. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. Thank you again to all the staff for making my stay so special!

Rania on Reception and Nehit were wonderful and very helpful. They were very kind and even helped us order food after the kitchen closed. The chef Hosam and sous chef Hennen were fantastic and super nice. They explained what was on the buffet and made a stellar spread when we ordered from the menu. The view from our room was gorgeous. Highly recommend and looking forward to going back. Thank you all for making our visit to Egypt even more special and super comfortable. Shukran 🙏
